is one of the most picturesque area of south Thailand and is positioned on the Andaman Sea inside a National Park Area. The characteristic limestone formations were created by millions of years of weathering and are almost unique to this area. In this magical corner of the world the near vertical limestone rocks rise several hundred meters out of the sea and are covered by virgin forest and surrounded by mangrove swamps. They carve out spectacular beaches and coves with the names of Railay Beach, Phra Nang Bay and Poda Island. The spectacle continues under the surface of the water with several overhangs, cavern and caves all covered with Coral reefs. The Andaman Sea being part of the Indian Ocean means a huge diversity of species prized by many of our customers. The water temperature remains around 30 degrees Celsius all year round. There are plenty of excursions available that will be of interest to both divers and their non-diving companions.

Did we forget to mention the diving?!
Â
Â
Ao Nang can be dived all year round, although Mai and June are pretty quiet due to the south west monsoon winds. We adapt our dive excursions to the weather conditions and visibility of the water, so that when conditions are not good on the local islands we can go further out to deeper water, where conditions are tend to be better. The best conditions for holiday makers with diving in mind are between October and April.
Â
Should you need any assistance finding accommodation or have any questions about the diving, or anything else for that matter, then please send us an e-mail and we will be happy to help you.
