The Dive Sites
Stingray Divers offers two types of diving trips: local diving and day trips.
Local trips are made to the islands close to Ao Nang and are reached in 30 minutes by long-tail boat. As these sites are
closer, a local trip can be made in half a day, including 2 dives with lunch and refreshments on the boat.
Day trips are made to the popular sites located furthur south and west from Ao Nang, such as Shark Point, Anemone Reef,
King Cruiser Wreck and Koh Phi Phi. For these trips we use a very comfortable diving vessel equipped with compressor,
dive racks, indoor cabin, sun deck, toilet and shower.
In these trips, we make 2 or 3 dives, provide lunch, snacks and refreshments.
Transfer time to these sites is 1.5-2 hours and as such, day trips take about 8 hours.
