The Diving School
Stingray Divers has its office in Ao Nang (15 Km to the west of Krabi town) and only 250 meters from the beach.
We are located in the Hotel The Verandha next to the Peace Laguna Resort. Our Dive Center is equipped with everything the
beginner and more experienced diver may need, including:
- First Class German compressor with controlled air, filling at 450L/min;
- Carefully maintained equipment;
- New Underwater Cameras and Dive Computers for rent;
- Special Equipment for Children.
For the Knowledge Development portion of our courses, you will be taught in a comfortable air-conditioned classroom.
Our instructor-to-student ratio is very small offering you personalized attention and the opportunity to learn at a pace which is right
for you. As well, we are able to offer our courses in a variety of languages due to our international dive team.
At Stingray Divers, we pride ourselves on offering first-class service to small groups in a friendly environment.
We strive to perform our diving activites with the least impact on the enviornment as possible (see protect the reef).
We use only refillable bottles, batteries and containers for all our diving needs.
We donīt dump our oil from the compressor into the ground, but rather it is recycled properly at a local recycling plant.
As well, we educate our divers on the importance of reef protection while diving and encourage the use of proper buoyancy
skills in order to prevent damagae to sea life. Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints (or bubbles!)
